Here is the cheapest decent gun i could find for *close* to you price range. If you want a $50 dollar gun the highest fps your going to get is about 200-250. So here is the cheapest best preforming guns i could find at 360 fps. It's the same model as my G3 only full black. It shoots 360 fps with .2 gram bbs so with .12 it could shoot close to 400 fps.
